Why a compliance calendar matters
Most statutory deadlines in India repeat every month, quarter or year, and missing them costs money: GST late fees and 18% interest, TDS interest of 1.5% a month plus ₹200 a day for late returns, and ₹100 a day on MCA forms with no cap.
Monthly essentials
- 7th – TDS/TCS deposit for the previous month
- 11th – GSTR-1 (monthly filers)
- 15th – PF and ESI contributions
- 20th – GSTR-3B (monthly filers)

Frequently Asked Questions
Are these dates the same every year?
The regular statutory dates repeat each year, but CBIC, CBDT or MCA may extend a date by notification.
What if a due date falls on a holiday?
Portals usually accept filings on that day; payments may move to the next working day for some taxes. Filing earlier is safer.
Does a new company have to hold an AGM in its first year?
The first AGM must be held within nine months of the end of the first financial year.
Can you manage these filings for us?
Yes. Vaidam Consultancy handles GST, TDS, income tax and ROC compliance on a monthly or annual plan.
