SPICe+ (INC-32) is the MCA web form used to incorporate a company. Part A reserves the name and Part B covers incorporation details. It is filed with e-MOA, e-AOA and AGILE-PRO-S, and gives you the certificate of incorporation along with PAN and TAN.
SPICe+ brought several registrations into one filing, so founders do not need to apply for each one separately.
| Part | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Part A | Company type, class, proposed name (up to 2 names) and main objects |
| Part B | Registered office, capital, subscribers, directors, DIN and declarations |
| e-MOA (INC-33) | Memorandum of association, where applicable |
| e-AOA (INC-34) | Articles of association, where applicable |
| AGILE-PRO-S (INC-35) | GST (optional), EPFO, ESIC, professional tax where applicable, and a bank account |
| INC-9 | Subscriber and first director declarations, generated by the system where applicable |
